My current lease in DTLA will be finishing up feb 11th & I’m looking to find something closer to Santa Monica where I bartend.

Here’s a little bit about myself..

-25yr old New Yorker (I’ve been in LA for a yr 1/2)

-Work full time;
If I’m not bartending, I’m working out consistently & training clients on other days. Or spending time with my boyfriend at his house.

-looking for a long term place (1yr)

-no pets

-I love to cook! (Clean, delicious meals if you are ever hungry 😋)

-love a clean house

-my job is socially demanding, so I’m usually wrapped up in solitude when I’m home

-nonsmoker; but don’t mind if you do

-don’t mind other animals

-no kids

-occasional drinker

-I’m a bit on the tomboyish side. I love a good time, as well as a laidback, drama free atmosphere
