Hi. I have for rent a spacious room in great 2 BR condo in Bushwick, two blocks from the Wilson Avenue L Station and steps away from just about everything else.
Features include a private bathroom with walk-in shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WIFI, large TV (Roku), fully furnished, good closet space for you, a great roof deck, cafe downstairs ...
I'm here sometimes, varies from week to week; my spouse and I have another apartment also. Weekends I tend to be not here. I work from home, sometimes here, sometimes there.
I'm a pretty chill 63 I think most would tell you, and probably interesting housemate I guess, without going into my bio, easy to get along with.
The space is 792 Sq ft. so it kind of demands its own cleaning protocols as things can pile up quickly otherwise. I'm appreciative of the ambience of the interior space and surrounding neighborhood, which is to say I like the relative quiet, but I'm also a composer and musician so if you want to do your thing, that's good too.
Oh and also - these little sliders with the "never" do this and "don't do" that ... yeah that's now. But I've been around a while. So you do you.

The Room
The room is nice. Not sure the dimensions but it's definitely sizeable. It's an interior room with a window facing north I believe. Private bathroom with walk in shower, but you can also use the bathtub in the other bathroom; good closet space, relatively new and absolutely excellent queen size bed, bookshelves and desk if you want to use them. As for the rest - the pictures tell the story.
