I'm currently part-time working and part-time in school at IVC, but I'm looking to go full time and start living on my own so I don't have to share a room with my 5 year old brother. I'm more of a homebody and I dont have parties or anything, but I do make youtube videos as a hobby, although I dont really exceed speaking volume when recording so noise shouldn't be an issue. I am also queer-adjacent (gender non-conforming) so a LGBT+ friendly living environment is a must.
