Relocating to Brooklyn from Chicago for a teaching position.
**Looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful above all. And can pay their half of the rent on time.

I'm a fairly quiet person. I listen to a lot of music, read a lot, play chess, watch basketball, etc. I cook a lot and wouldn't mind cooking for a roommate if we split groceries.

I do enjoy my alone time and space but would not like to live w/ someone who's not up from some conversation from time to time. We don't have to be buddy buddy but a nice convo from time to time would be nice.

In addition to teaching, I run a small business selling streetwear
