Hi there! I have an opening for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Costa Mesa, super close to Irvine, and located in the heart of OC.

Move in day is August 15st, however we can go over what would work best!

My roomie is moving away and need someone to fill his room asap.

I'm a young creative-type professional: clean, active, and fun. I work 10-7/M-F and am pretty social so I'm not always home.

The bedroom is quite spacious at 12' x 10', hardwood flooring, walk-in closet, and will be completely empty on move-in date.

I respect personal boundaries so if you want to live in your room that's fine, but if you want to be hang out that's chill as well.

You'll get full house privileges, including the washer and dryer which are both located in the house. I have all the kitchen utensils you'll need, and ample seating areas in the living room. It's strange how some listings say you have limited use of kitchen and such, kinda messed up if you ask me.

If you cook just clean up after yourself, there's a dishwasher to make life easy!

Super close to The Lab and The Camp, as well as SCP so there are a bunch of really tasty food spots nearby if you are about that such as myself.

A great location if you're working in Irvine, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and other areas of Orange County as our location is conveniently centrally located within the OC area, not to mention, close freeway access to the 405!

Our utility bills average about 50 dollars a month per person which includes electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet.

I am looking for a respectful and responsible roommate who knows how to keep things tidy and clean up after themselves. I keep the house tidy as pictured and would like someone who would do the same. I mean, when you get home isn't it the best feeling when you come home to a clean house rather than a pad that has clutter everywhere? I would prefer someone social and lives a healthy, active lifestyle, you know... good vibes... not creepy ones.

It's cool if you want to bring friends to the house or have an overnight guest (some places say NO, but seriously, why?) If you have a BF/GF they are allowed over (obviously).

This is not a party house, but I don't mind if you have a few guests over. All I ask is that you and your guests are respectful and mindful!

I'm also fourtwenty friendly, but again, expect you to be respectful and mindful!
