Available 1-Bedroom: 2-Bedroom apartment, 3rd floor walk-up (two flights). Room available for rent has two windows (lots of natural light) and closet. The apartment has one bathroom, spacious/clean kitchen and living room (mostly furnished since I have lived here a few years). Monthly rent includes heated water only. Internet and Utilities (gas/electricity) are in addition to the rent. Internet/Utilities cost will be split with the roommate. Other shared expenses are home supplies. No Smoking, No Drugs, Pets allowed with approval.
Area: Chinatown – located at the corner of historic Doyers Street, by Nom Wah Tea Parlor, Apotheke, Peachy’s, and Chinese Tuxedo. Nearby Columbus Park. Convenient and safe neighborhood (nearby Police Precinct). Inexpensive groceries/plenty food options within walking distance. Laundromat is a few blocks away. Post Office across the street.
Transportation: 10 min walking time to MTA subway stations N/R/Q/W/J/Z (Canal St), 6 (Canal St, Brooklyn Bridge), B/D (Grand St), nearby bus stops

Rent and Security Deposit: Monthly Rent $1209. Security Deposit $2,418 (refundable at end of term).
