Looking for a roommate to fill an open room starting end of August / early-September since my current roommate will be living with his girlfriend. Full service building on 34th & 2nd Ave with gym, laundry, roof and package room. Large 1-bedroom convertible apt ~816sq ft - open room is ~14x10ft with a floor to ceiling temporary wall, sound proofing for noise and solid wood doors. Armoire is also included with the room.
Pretty laid back guy who's always down to grab a beer or hangout. Currently working in Corporate Advisory up in Midtown. I'm a big Bills fan and like watching sports, working out, trying new places to eat, exploring and watching TV in my free time. I'm pretty neat (not a clean freak though), easy to get along with and will always be respectful of your lifestyle.
