I sold my home and I'm looking for a new start in a bigger city. I'm rather handy and tech savvy so any normal home maintenance stuff I can definitely help with. I can room with anyone, as long as they pick up after themselves and are respectful . In the past I've tried to cultivate a family dynamic with my roommates, but if that's not your thing, I totally get it, I'm more than happy to stay to myself as well.
