Chisom A - $1,600/month

Hi everyone, I’m Chisom (she/her)! I’m looking for a female-identifying or nonbinary roommate to lease a 2B/2B apartment in the Rockville,/Gaithersburg area in Maryland. I’m interested in Escher Apartments, The Terano Apartments, and Gaithersburg Station Apartments, but still interested in touring other places. I’d like to move in May, ideally, but can be flexible. My budget is $1300-1600, utilities not included.

A bit about me: I’m 22, and work remotely as a software engineer. I love cooking, baking, reading, going to cafes/museums, and just generally finding any reason to head into DC. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy. It’d be great to be friends with my roommate. Being communicative and LGBTQ+ friendly is important to me, too.
