I'm A really, easy personable guy who strives to be clean, neat, and friendly. I also do music which I like to record in the house I will be living at. I wanna know before hand if that would be ok, and to know someones schedule so I can either record while your outside the house, or if there is any secluded area In the home where I can record my music comfortably without disturbing the peace of the house lol. Im really passionate about my music and am really trying to make this into a career and my livelihood.

I also dont have a lot of people over, and a recent college graduate from UTD, unemployed but am looking to work something part-time from home as well. Really tryna stay for a year and try to live in a supportive environment where me and my roommates can all co-exist.
