Hello, my name is Tyler Scott and I will be moving into the Dallas area for school. I am currently looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment or any other residency with and my maximum rent rate is $600 a month.

I am a very respectful roommate and won't disturb you with noise as you'll mostly find me studying. However, I still like making new friends so I am also pretty sociable, so guests are welcome so long as they aren't too loud.

Currently, I am a student just looking for a place with my own room in the fall semester. I have no pets, no kids, don't smoke, and am just a simple guy looking for a nice place to live.
