There is a front living and a rear dining room. Access to the shared yard that fellow tenants maintain - great for green thumbs. Home is fully furnished - less the available bedroom.

There is no dishwasher, washer or dryer, garbage disposal, no storage (except for a bike), and no parking. Street parking with a permit - has not been an issue finding parking thus far. Laundromat is right around the corner, as is a fantastic little corner store that sells produce and most anything else you might need. Irving Street is a half block up and walking distance to all the shops, cafes and restaurants that line it. N-Judah right there as well. GGP also a 10-minute walk (if that).

The room faces the backyard and gets a lot of sunlight. There is a large closet within the room and some space in the back hallway closet that is also shared with the other tenant. The room will come with a large area rug (floors must be 80% covered), and curtains.

Water and garbage is included. PG&E and wifi shared. Household cleaning also shared (you may opt to pay for a cleaner during your 2-week cleaning periods).
