Leeann C - $800/month

I actually have 2 rooms to rent out staring in April. Both are $800. If you have kids and would like to rent both rooms we can discuss rent fee options. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I have one kiddo that lives with me full time. My kiddo has asthma and due to the virus I need someone who doesn't mind being less social and helping to keep things wiped down and sanitized. I have a dog and 2 cats. All 3 are very sweet and not aggressive at all. I would prefer someone without pets but I'm open to the idea. No pit bulls, chows, or aggressive breeds. The bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms. I work from home 4 days a week 11 hrs a day and need someone that doesn't mind not making a lot of noise during those hours. No drugs of any kind. Smoking is not an issue but will most likely have to go outside or in the sun room that has a window unit. I know April is a ways out but trying to get things arranged.
