Empty nester, former corporate business professional, now teacher. I currently living in Addison in a very nice, relatively new 1 bedroom apartment. I am looking to move into an apartment, townhome, home, duplex, 4 plex in a nice neighborhood that is within 10-15 minutes to where I teach (Highland Park ISD). To be clear, I do not live in Highland Park, just teach there. As i have been looking for a place it occurred to me that I can save some money and live in a nice area if I have a roommate. I am a young 63 and my children are grown. They live in the DFW area and would be visiting.
