We are looking for a roommate who could move in immediately(flexible) and can potentially stay until the end of the year (flexible).

The apartment has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The building has a gym, pool, lounge areas and a great roof deck (which is currently closed due to COVID). You may access them at no extra cost(once they are open). The laundry facility is within the building and is card operated.

We are a clean and peaceful apartment. One of us(Joe) works in sales, another(Niki) is an architectural designer and the third(Tizzy) roommate is a manager at Eatly. The common spaces are always kept clean and is professionally cleaned at least once a month.

The building is close to the WTC, Fulton St, Wall St and Brooklyn bridge stations. There are 3 supermarkets close to the apartment. Many restaurants and bars are located very close to the apartment building.
