The apartment has 2 rooms (disconnected), an external closet, a living room, a kitchen area and a shared bathroom with bathtub. The building is quiet (so no noisy parties from the neighbors). It is located on the forth floor. A 5 minute walk away from the 6 line and a 15 minute walk to the 96th st Q train, also to the bus M15, M101, M102 and M103, and a 15 minute walk to Central Park :)
Nearby we have lots of restaurants, supermarkets, a chase bank, shopping center with a Target and a Costco (116th) is one bus stop away or a 15 minute walk.
