I found this place on the recommendation of a friend, who knew him for a long time. We were flatmates for over seven months. Jim is a very friendly, respectful, fun and great person. He is always willing to support and share time with friends. The apartment is pretty nice, very tidy, clean and spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, and a small balcony. I think Jim has the ability to adapt to people and find the positive side to things. The time I shared at Jim's apartment was during the pandemic, certainly needed a good friend with whom to share moments of fun or a beer. Besides, the place has a super location near to stores, public transportation, restaurants, bars, etc.
