We will be renting the master room + full bathroom in our house. The bathroom is small, but its all yours. We will also offer extra storage space. Room in the garage plus your own closet in the hallway for linens and household supplies, so you don't have to store everything in your room.
Family of three, child lives with us 50% of the time. We are sober, 9-5 professionals (we are okay with moderate alcohol use). My husband has his own business and works from home. I work at a law firm downtown, but WFH a few days a week.
We are pretty laid back. Weeknights we have a pretty consistent routine, HW with our kid, dinner, and TV (usually in our room so the living room will be open to use a lot of the time). My husband is jokester and will have you laughing all day.
We keep a clean house, but are not obsessive about it. Large backyard with outdoor furniture and fire pit, roommate is welcome to entertain as long as it doesn't get crazy.
Currently my cousin and her wife live in the master but they are moving in August. We're offering the master room since we're already settled in our room.

Tennent will have an extra closet in the hallway right outside bedroom, use of all shared spaces, and some space in the garage if needed.
We usually watch TV in our room, so the living room will be available most of the time.
Large kitchen with dishwasher. We have a big backyard with outside furniture and firepit, tenant is free to use.
