I'm looking for someone to live with beginning May 1. I work in book publishing and most often work from home, though I don't mind if you work from home as well. I'm generally clean and quiet, and in my down time I like to cook, read, play video games, or watch movies. I go out occasionally, during the week or on weekends, but don't bring the party home. I also have a shy black cat. She doesn't get along well with other animals, so while I'd love to live with an animal lover, I'd ask that you don't have any pets of your own.

I'd love to live with someone clean and respectful, and I find I live with someone best if we have an open and communicative relationship. Though I love my alone time, I'd rather not live with someone who intends to remain a stranger. I'll have my own social life, but it would be nice if we could spend time together occasionally and get to know each other to have a comfortable, homey living environment. I'd also like to feel that my cat is safe in the space and that I live with someone who cares about her well-being. Please be 30+, and no cis men.
