Matt D - $1,500/month

Hey! My name is Matt, I’m 24 years old and originally from a small town called Gilbertsville. I moved to the city to attend Temple and have missed it ever since. I lived in Manayunk for a year, but unfortunately had to move as my girlfriend started PA school and the pricing of our apartment increased sizably. Really looking for any body to room with, would prefer a guy but lived with 4 girls at Temple so I don’t mind! I consider myself a pretty outgoing guy, weekends I’ll go hiking/hit some bars in the city/ play video games, etc. I love everything Philly sports (except the Flyers because who cares) and go to a good amount of games, but I’m always watching at home or a bar with buddies. I have an English Setter named Tucker. He is three years old and incredibly well behaved, so much so that we are considering certifying him as an anxiety pup! Overall, I’m just looking for someone down to earth. Obviously I’d love to click with my roommate, but no pressure to be best friends or anything like that. Hope this works out!
