Brand new Graduate hospital room for sublet in 3 bedroom 3.5 bath apartment with two living rooms

Hi, I am a 33 year old medical professional looking for a like-minded roommate to move into my beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home in graduate hospital (24th and Washington). The apartment also comes with one garage parking spot. The unit is brand new, I am the only tenant with the exception of my friendly but high energy hypoallergenic bernedoodle. The apartment has easy high way access and is decked to the nines with high end finishes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which are master En suites plus a 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional powder room. The apartment is split on two floors and has two family rooms. Basically the only room that needs to be shared is the kitchen. Roommate must be clean, no smoking, like my bernedoodle, sawyer and respectful of nice things. Like minded is a plus. Not a big partier, like having friends over and going out to eat/wine at the end of the day. My hours are irregular, I work a lot. There is also a small, private, outside area complete with grill and table. The bedroom for rent has a double sink en-suite, it is the bedroom with the pink picture on the wall (but will not come furnished), large enough for a king bed and also has attached small den/office area and Large closet. We could also share space in the guest bedroom closet. Please Pm me for more details and if you would like to meet up and see if we could be roommates. I enjoy yoga, cooking, peloton/lulu lemon mirror. Additional expenses would be splitting a cleaning lady 2 times a month ($100 each), water ($75 a month total) plus internet/Comcast and utilities.
