At just a hair under 13 years living in Philadelphia I am eager for a new and engaging environment. I've secured adequate employment and now need a room. Im a 39 years young amab queer person who is deeply interested in the arts, life as it is and the human scene. I make strong efforts to be a thoughtful and kind human as well as in maintaining good lines of communication with those around me. LGBTQ+ friendly. Respectful of boundaries. Preference towards compromise/collaborative problem solving styles. Looking for a place to rest when not out at work or play.
