Stephanie - $1,500/month

Hello! I'm Stephanie, I am currently working as a pastry chef in Manhattan. I used to work in nonprofit marketing and actually pre-pandemic for about 6 years, but covid changed a lot of things. I moved back to California, and then when travel was open again I did my pastry training in France in 2022, after which I moved back to San Diego, and finally made it back to NYC in 2024. I've been living with a good friend from California but our lease is ending and she is moving back west, so I need a new roommate and a new apartment!

I'm equal parts social and introvert, so we can hang out but I like my alone time and will respect yours (though if you work corporate hours, we may not have a lot of crossover as my hours don't typically fall under a regular 9-5). I grew up with a big family and I've lived with roomies before so I know how to share common spaces, stay clean, and divide any household responsibilities and bills. I'm very open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (I don't partake but really don't care if you do), and love a good cocktail or glass of wine.
