A little bit about me - I’m 36, have been in Astoria for 4 and a half years. I’m very clean and always make sure to keep all common spaces tidy. I love working out, going out with friends, and finding new great food spots around the city, as well as having the occasional quiet night at home. I work varied hours, and usually am out and about on the weekends. Ideally I am looking for another female who is 28+, is respectful and easygoing, and has experience living with roommates (you’d be surprised how often people don’t, and it shows 😅).

A cute apartment with an available 1 bedroom, with lots of natural sunlight. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops all around the corner from the apartment. 5 minute walk to the both N/W trains at Broadway and the M/R trains at Steinway. heat and hot water included, electric/gas and WiFi are an additional monthly charge, split evenly. No laundry in the building, but there is a good, clean laundromat just around the corner.
