Someone who is respectful, courteous, and mindful of our shared living space, the apartment building, and our neighbors. An individual who is open-minded with a wellness mindset would be ideal. You must like, or at least be comfortable living with, two indoor cats.
As I work from home, ideally I'd prefer a roommate who doesn't also work from home, freelance or otherwise. That said, I realize remote work has become much more common, so I'm open to a roommate who may work from home part-time if we're otherwise a good fit and respectful of each other's boundaries.
