Looking for roommates to fill awesome new apartment!
I just moved to Chicago from California and found a really awesome new apartment building in Uptown that I’m hoping to find two more roommates to fill.
Details:
- Move-in 11/1
- Two bedrooms open for $850/month each with a shared bathroom
- $42/month per person set rate for utilities which includes Internet, Electric, Central Air with Nest Thermostat, Water
- No Move-in fees or security deposit
- Gym on the first floor to open in December
Hoping to live with preferably female(s) in 20s or early 30s with a relatively similar lifestyle – can keep common areas clean, down to hang out at times but also respects privacy and giving space, no live-in SOs, etc.
