Cozy Logan Square Apartment Next to Blue Line

Hello,

My name is Ben, and I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment!

The apartment is one block from the Logan Square CTA and grocery store (next to each other), in unit laundry/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen island, back porch - it's a winner with tonnes of common space!

The lease starts on Oct 1st but we can move in on the 25th.

If you have seen my past post, it's still me! I just found a steal of an apartment that I had to pull the trigger on.

I am looking for someone for the smaller bedroom for 1000 (total rent is 2200) and I think that's fair. If you really want the master, we can definitely talk it over.

The building does have quiet hours at 11 pm so while you can't go too hard on parties, you are guaranteed a quiet night of rest!

Me:
22 Male, Asian-American, big on cooking, old TV reruns, board games, and manga (gotta slip the last one in). Not a big partier and rarely ever have guests. Politically liberal if that matters. Exercise consists of one sit-up every morning to get out of bed but have been blessed by good metabolism.

I studied Sociology in school and am currently in HR.

LGBT+ friendly, dog and cat friendly but have minor allergies - I'll assume it's worth it. I've generally lived co-ed with a diverse crowd so if you are expecting a "bro roommate" -> I'm not that at all.

You:
No requirements aside from being able to afford rent, being a cool human being who is open to different cultures and opinions.

Quite honestly, looking for roommates who are willing to hang and do things like dinner or board/video game nights. Not really looking for roommates who do their own thing and never talk to each other.

I am flexible with move-in dates, just let me know!
