I am a very easy-going person, but I’m fun as well. I love to communicate so if they’re ever be a problem, my roommate is welcome to speak to me about it at any time. I do not ignore people or issues. My home is in my safe space and I love to keep things clean, especially my bathroom and kitchen.
I am not a smoker so I would appreciate no one smoking in my home. I do have a drink occasionally so that’s fine.. I also do not like a big crowd are different people coming in and out of my home. If it’s a married couple that’s fine and if it’s one person that you’re dating, I’m OK with that for them to visit now and then but not multiple people because I also live here.. I love listening to music and cooking. It’s something I do often..
No pets allowed because I have a teddy bear dog she’s very sweet and no trouble. My home do not smell or have a dog odor..

I would appreciate to have a female, or a couple. To rent my one bedroom in my home. To. $1200 a month. That includes water, trash, sewer, laundry in building. Kitchen space to use fridge. Television electric gas Wi-Fi. I also have a scratched spot for one car, which would be $50 extra charge if needed the garage spot for the car..
