Ideally i would be best friends with my roommates, creating a chill and open communicative atmosphere. What is the point of having a home without feeling comfortable in it? I am an artist, musician, and filmmaker and would definitely utilize my space for my practices. I am looking to cohabitate with mature, friendly, and open-minded people (very queer, lgbtq, bipoc friendly).
