The bedroom for rent has never been occupied, and there’s an upstairs laundry room shared between both bedrooms with a washer, dryer, mini fridge, and microwave. Rent is one thousand dollars a month, non negotiable, with one month’s rent plus one month’s deposit due at move in. Utilities are included under normal use.
