I am looking for someone approximately my age (66-76), who is clean, trustworthy, honest, educated beyond high school, and no drama. No communicable disease. I'm straight and not looking to establish anything but a mutually friendly living environment. I have some furniturte, but willing to consider options which a roommate suggests. I am offering a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment ( we each have our own toilet and vanity room with a common shower/tum room between ) with move in approx June 1st, 2024. The rent (to be split equally) is $1,260/mo. and water,sewer,trash and pest control adds another $123/mo., and then Evergy electric might average around $125/mo. Altogether, total costs to be split 50/50 are $1.508. I will supply Google wi-fi. This is a second floor apartment with balcony off living room. I like to cook and I hope you do also. My son and his family live in this area and I frequently go visit them. I'm willing to discuss any terms a potential roommate may profer.
