I'm a respectful, social but reserved guy, just out of a marriage. Spend most of my time on my computer, stock trading, listening to music, like walks. Would like a roommate ideally who like to socialize a bit, but not much on a lot of partying. I don't drink or do drugs.
Most important for me, I need a room with a good high-speed internet connection, as during the day, I would be doing stock trading. That doesn't take much bandwidth (not like games over the internet), but it does need to be semi-fast (100 gig per seconds is enough) for the trading.
