Nathan S - $1,700/month

My name is Nathan and I just accepted a job as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Columbia medical center, so looking for a place somewhere on the west side ideally. Top budget comes in at 1700 but always looking for cheaper if I can swing it. I'd hope to start a lease by July/August.

I'll be working during the week 9-5, I like to cook and exercise, and I play piano and guitar- mostly through headphones but I hope some acoustic is ok too. Other than that, I'm usually more than happy to stay at home and watch tv/play video games. I also like to go out and I drink occasionally, but clubbing isn't really my scene. Catch me spending money on food and drinks-- in bed by midnight (usually).
