Makiya L - $1,700/month

Hi!! I'm Makiya and I'm looking for either roommates who are looking to fill a room or someone looking to rent out a studio for the year. I'm 25, 26 in August! I'm moving to San Diego from Philly to start grad school at SDSU in the fall, and would love to move in to a place in early/mid August.

I have a super sweet social cat rocky, love to cook, try out new bars/restaurants/coffee shops, watch football games (go birds), go on long walks and chill outside, love house music and the occasional night out or festival. I will be working as a research assistant for the school of public health so I'll be there a lot when I'm not in class. I have great credit, keep public spaces really clean and my cat would be mostly in my room so it would be nice to have an en suite bathroom so he has more space to roam around.
It would also be nice to live with other grad students, but totally cool living with other people in their 20s who aren't in school. My budget is around $1500-$1700, and I would like to to live in a walkable neighborhood with access to transportation since I'm moving from a northeast city where I don't need a car most days.
