Roommate Needed for beautiful Deep Ellum apartment

Community features: Located in Deep Ellum across the street from the DART station (Baylor), with restaurants, clubs, groceries, and parks in easy walking distance. Gated parking garage, security, valet trash, 2 pools, fitness room, business office, prompt maintenance, and a variety of community activities. We really like it here. Apartment features: Top floor corner unit with central air, big windows, vaulted ceilings, a balcony, large washer/dryer, a vocal and friendly tortoiseshell cat named Lia. Home is fully-furnished, with lots of cozy bohemian/ethnic decor, full kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. You will of course be able to use everything. Room features: 13’4 x `11’4 bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with bathtub. 2-door access (entry hall and living room). Room can be furnished with queen bed and basic furniture at no extra cost or a clean slate - your choice.

Price includes 1/3 rent, various apartment complex fees, all utilities, internet, washer/dryer. We don’t have cable, but do have a few streaming subscriptions.

About the roomies
We are a mid-40s married couple and one cat looking for roommate to offset rent in our Deep Ellum apartment. We’re chill, nerdy, non-smokers, drug-free, very light drinkers, vaccinated (with booster), and diversity-friendly.

Ideally we’re looking for a roommate who leans liberal, is preferably nerdy themselves, is drug-free, never smokes, likes cats, has a similar sense of style, doesn’t mind that the place is already mostly decorated, and won’t bring a ton of people over.
Your friends are welcome, but we don’t want to host parties every weekend, right?
Have a boyfriend/girlfriend? That’s great and they’re welcome to visit, too, but we’re only looking for 1 roommate, not 2.
We already have a very friendly 10-year old cat, so no pets, sorry (caged pets/aquarium negotiable - feel free to ask!)
