Available Room for Rent

Spacious 4 bedroom apartment in East Harlem on 116th street. Currently we have 2 roommates and are looking for 2 more who would like to move in at the beginning of August. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen, a nice living space, and a washer and dryer (clothing). The 6 line (subway) is a convenient walk away and the apartment is equipped with a large fridge, oven, etc. We are looking to split the rent 4 ways at $1,000 a person; this does NOT include utilities and internet (we will also split those 4 ways - price varies). We need renters who are able to move in at the beginning of August or shortly thereafter. Both of the current occupants are in their mid-late 20's, work a lot, are friendly, and prefer a chill environment thats not overly loud.
