Hygiene is important. Im usually up late though sleep should happen more. I'm changing that.
I enjoy a home that I can truly nerd out in but it has to stay chill and calm. I'm very much into my hobbies(action figure photography, building kits, and gaming/collecting) and will keep those hobbies in my own space without question. I do like to share meals if that is welcome and have friendship be the foundation for everything. Team work makes the dream work in any household and so does communication. Respect, kindness, and empathy is always first. I like a home to be smoke and drug free(drinking is okay so long as it is not too much).
