I’m a working professional in my late 20s—friendly, respectful, and pretty independent. I work as a graphic designer and am in-office most days (remote Mondays). I value a calm, clean, and easy-to-live-in home. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, working out, and spending time with friends.
The apartment is spacious with great views. Building amenities include a doorman, gym, laundry, private 3- acre park, basketball court, and more. Super convenient location near Target, Fairway Market, Trader Joe's, CVS, restaurants, cafes, bars, and the NYC 6 Train, plus nearby buses.

I’ve lived in Kips Bay Towers Condominium with my current roommate since 2021 and have loved it here. He’s planning to move out at the end of our lease (June 30), so I’m looking for someone to take over his room and re-sign the apartment with me for a new 1-year lease.
A bit about me: I’m a working professional in my late 20s—friendly, respectful, and pretty independent. I work as a graphic designer and am in-office 4 days a week (WFH Mondays). I keep a balanced routine and really value a home that feels calm, clean, and easy to live in. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, working out, and spending time with friends.
The apartment is spacious and well-kept, and the available bedroom is one of two in the unit with beautiful views (walls will also be repainted prior to move in). The building has amazing amenities—full-time doorman, laundry, gym, 3-acre private park, basketball court, dry cleaning, and a mail room, along with a very responsive and reliable management team. Heat and Hot Water included.
The location is super convenient—1 block from Target, with Fairway Market on the corner, and Trader Joe's and CVS right nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars along 2nd and 3rd Ave, and the NCY Subway 6 Train is about a 10-minute walk, with M15, M9 and M34 bus stops located all around our block.
Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and on a similar wavelength—friendly but independent, and values a peaceful, comfortable home.
