Our one-floor flat with a nice kitchen and a meditation room oversees the forest. One of three bedrooms is available for rent. There are 1.5 baths. There is laundry in the unit, two living rooms, a porch, a garden and a giant 1 acre backyard.
The house is one mile from the Glenmont metro (about a 20 min walk) and is across the street from the greenhouse of Brookside Gardens of the Wheaton Regional Park. The place itself is a wooded lot surrounded by park with dozens of 100 foot trees. This is a great place for nature/animal lovers and enthusiasts.
Nearby you will can find the Glenmont metro station and the convenience of the city: CVS, Staples, Capital One and Sun Trust Banks, a Shoppers (supermarket), McDonalds and more. Within two miles you will find the Wheaton mall (Target, Costco, Macys, movie theatre, etc.) and more.
