Nice house with great location in Alexandria. You will have a large separate bedroom, your own bathroom, good closet space in a 3BR/2BTH House. Shared with 2 other roommates, each having their own bedrooms and shared bath. House is bright and clean with eat in kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, small spare room used as guest room, yard, pet friendly, use of driveway, good landlord. LR and Kitchen are furnished.

House is a short walk away from the Braddock Road Metro, Old Town Alexandria, Del Ray, and to Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's!

You would be living with two other roommates. Each have their own bedroom. They are responsible, working professionals. Both of them are friendly and easy going in their mid to late 20's with varied interests. You would be taking over my lease. I have lived in house for 3 years, but now moving out of Alexandria area. Available October 2020, with some flexibility if need later move in date.
