What's up, I'm Blake, 23, and moving to NYC in December for work in investor relations. It'll be my first time living in the city, so I'm looking forward to getting out, meeting people, and experiencing NYC.

I was a college athlete, so staying active is a big part of my routine. I'm usually up early, work a hybrid schedule, and spend a lot of time working out, listening to music, gaming, watching sports, and checking out new spots around town.

I'd say I'm easy to get along with and can fit in with just about anyone. I'm social and always down to grab a drink, watch a game, hit the gym, or explore the city.

As a roommate, I'm easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, stay on top of my responsibilities. I travel semi-frequently for work and personal trips, so I'm not always around.
