Hi, I'm Sean! I'm 24. I'm moving to NYC from Indianapolis. I am originally from South Florida and Upstate New York. I'm very easy-going and friendly. I'm a very positive person, too.

I don't really drink, I don't smoke or do drugs. Work is very important to me and I'm also studying for a professional designation which takes three years to get. Therefore, I will be very busy working on my career.

I'm looking for an apartment where I can move my queen sized mattress, my dresser, and my living room furniture into. Basically an unfurnished room and hopefully an unfurnished living room - and we can then share my living room furniture.

I'm looking to live with another your professional. It's cool if you like to party, but let's keep it fairly relaxed at our apartment. I lived in my frat house at FSU for two years, so I'm cool with all that. Let's just not over do it. I don't really party much now that I'm working.

I prefer an apartment next to the 2,3,4 or 5 lines. Please contact me if you think we'd make good roommates.
