I work in office 7-3 during the middle of the week. The early hours mean I try to be asleep by 10 PM. This is a religious conservative house so just don't be dumb. I go to church weekly, go to the gym 4-5 times a week, play sports and country dance weekly.

Join us at 12 S Highland Street! Located conveniently on the corner of Highway 50. 10 minute bike rides from the Clarendon and Pentagon City metro. Rent is $1000 a month with an $867 security deposit. House is newly renovated. The house is a Conservative Christian home. Upstairs is a married couple with two young children and two dogs. Downstairs is shared with 2 roommates. One Calvinist and one Lutheran. The downstairs includes a combined dining and kitchen, a living room, and a full bath.
We are looking for a roommate that is clean and respectful of other people. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. One of the roommates has to be up at 5:30 AM for work.
Rent is currently $1000 a month but might go up when we resign the lease in August. Utility are normally around $100 a month but vary. The security deposit is 867. Basement includes an AC unit in your room, a full kitchen, bath, and in unit washer and dryer.
