I am a theatre professional looking for a space to call mine in the Washington DC area! I've lived in DC in the past and after some time away traveling for work I am excited to return to the city and community. If you like arts, culture, live events, or shows I'm usually connected in some way. I keep shared spaces tidy, and I am considerate and organized. My work hours vary project to project, but usually I identify as a night owl. I value privacy and my own space but absolutely would love a situation where my roommate(s) and I hang out and enjoy a drink or a meal. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly as well. I drive so a space with parking available is ideal.
