hi ladies! i’m looking for a roommate for a 2/2 at the dalian or park towne place! i’m moving to philly for a job so i need to sign a lease for around sept 16. it would be around 1500/1600 per person without utilities & there is a deposit but I’m not sure what the cost is. i also have an emotional support dog named austin who is super sweet! i‘ll be working hybrid & always hire a dog walker whenever i’m in office.

a bit about me: i’m 24, just graduated with my master of public health. i’m from orlando but spent my summer in philly interning for Merck, the company i work for now, so i’m a little familiar with the city! i’m a big fan of concerts (i recently saw kendrick lamar & odesza, just to give you an idea of my music taste), music festivals, going to nba games & happy hour! i would love to live with someone i could be friends with as well.
i am a very clean person & deep clean my apartment every weekend, so looking for someone to maintain a clean space with me! i also have everything from a TV, TV stand, utensils, vacuum, ninja blender, pots, pans, plates, etc (everything but a rug & couch!) so i would love to have someone i could trust to treat my things with respect (my last roommate did not and would throw out my things & sell them without telling me 🫠).
