About Me: I am a 37 year old male who is a medical professional. I own a 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom home and am currently renting out 2 rooms. I live in Mar Lee neighborhood, in SW Denver, few blocks in from Sheridan Blvd. (Sheridan/Louisiana).

I am a very laid-back person who is active and work rotating 4/10 hr schedule. I have lived here for 6 months, and current roommate is moving out. $875 a month includes internet and utilities. There is a 2 car garage for storage and storage shed in the back. Fully privacy fenced back yard, covered patio, and grill. Washer and dryer in house. There is off street parking as well as 2 pull in spaces in the front.

I have 1 dog (Australian cattle) who is 9 years old, low key, and friendly.

Neighbors are awesome! I have never had any crime issues in this neighborhood. Prefer you would have a full time job, not come with drama, and be a mature adult. I ask that you plan on staying at least 3 months and give me a full 30 days if you decide to leave, am open to longer/sorter terms
I would ask for a $200 security deposit.
