Looking for a roommate for a lease starting April 1 2019 and ending April 1 2020. This is a beautiful 3 bed 2 full bathroom apt in a great location in Chelsea. It’s a 2 story apartment with Kitchen and Living Area on bottom floor and bedrooms on the top floor. Close to Chelsea market and a block from the ACE and 123. The open bedroom is a massive master bedroom, the current resident has a California king bed with a couch and still plenty of open space in the room. This bedroom has a ton of natural sunlight since it sits on the second floor with massive windows. The ceilings are about 10-11 feet high which makes the room feel even bigger. We are two girls in our mid twenties with jobs in the city, but open to any ages or genders. Pets welcome but will need to pay the pet deposit fee. Please DM me with any questions!
