Hi! My roommate Una and I are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom of our 3 BR in Fidi. We are both in our early 20s, both graduated from college class of 2019 and have fairly busy full-time jobs (in at 9am and get home between 7pm-9pm or later). We are both super outgoing and love to have fun and explore the city - we are looking for a girl of similar age who would be a good fit.
The room for rent is on a year-long lease with option to renew at the end of the year - it is the master and largest bedroom of the apartment, and you get great value here - the rent is reasonable and the building is known for its amenities. These include a 2-story gym and a roof (with grills and indoor space, TVs etc), a bar in-building, common spaces to work etc.
Ideal new roomie would be social, have a pretty busy schedule (not be in the house 24/7), and a steady job that would support the rent. We look forward to meeting you!
