Looking for one adult roommate (no couples or kids). Includes own bedroom, sitting/living room, and full bathroom in the basement. Should be able to pass background check, have proof of income and be able to obtain renter's insurance. Deposit is $1,750. Rent and deposit are negotiable if applicant does not work from home. The house is leased through July 31, 2027. Open to month-to-month lease depending upon applicant.
The house located in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood just East of Wash Park (15 minute walk) and South Gaylord (12 minute walk). There is easy access to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and downtown. It is also close to the University of Denver (6 minute drive)
Shared kitchen (upstairs) and laundry room (basement). Designated parking on street for up to 4 cars and one garage. Electric/gas, water, and internet (fiber - $75 total) are split 50/50.
Lawn care, snow shoveling, and trash/recycling covered by the landlord (who is very easy to work with and takes care of problems quickly).
