I’m moving from LA to New York and am excited to explore the city, meet new people, and build a social circle. I’m pretty laid-back and easy to live with—I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and generally keep my things to my room.
I work remotely, so I’m home during the day at the moment but will also be job hunting while there. I’m also pretty active. I train and teach combat sports, work out regularly, and enjoy going out and exploring. When I’m home, I’m usually relaxing, watching something, or playing video games with friends to stay in touch.

Looking for a roommate for a great 2BR/2BA at 340 E 58th St in Midtown East/Sutton Place!

Rent is approximately $2,850/person ($5,695 total). Move-in is October 5th, with some flexibility for a later date. The lease runs through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew.

The apartment has a 2BR/2BA layout, so we would each have our own private bathroom, plus an in-unit washer/dryer, elevator, and virtual doorman.

Great location with Trader Joe’s about 2 minutes away and Whole Foods about 5 minutes away. It’s also under a 10-minute walk to the 4/5/6 and N/R/W trains, with the E/M and F nearby as well.
